We have just returned after 3 weeks of holidays on Bali. - We travelled around all over the first 11 days and decided to spoil ourselves the last 10 days at the Westin at Nusa Dua and what a fantastic good decision. - Everything on the Westin is very professional and you will have all you can ask for for full pleasure and luxury. - We sincerely enjoyed everything at the Westin and especially all the sport activitives they offered. - Whether you want to run in the morning or if you want to play Tennis etc. Westin have it all with professional coaching. - But the best of it all was our decision to stay in one of the Royal Beach Club rooms which gives access to the Royal Beach Club. - What a fantastic good decision as we were then granted a fantastic breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and snacks in the evening all free of charge. - Along with this free drinks all day long and access to free wifi. Not to forget the very professional and friendly staff at the Royal Beach Club. - They simply make you feel so welcome and treat you so nice during your stay that it was almost unbelievable. - To all staff at Westin and especially the staff at Royal Beach Club - A big thank you!!!

Travelling with my family from Portugal to Indonesia (almost 24h travel) is quite an adventure! So after a long research, we decided to stay in Westin, because it seems to have all the facilities and service we were looking for. And the 10 days we stayed in Westin were memorable!
Although we had non-stop holidays in Bali, spending our days on diving or on land tours, when we arrived at Westin it was like heaven. We were sorry, because we only spent 2 completed days resting at the hotel (the 1st and the last day), but there's so much to see and do in Bali, that we had to keep moving day after day!
About the Westin services and facilities there's just good things to say:
• Garden view rooms were always super well-kept and cleaned and wow their beds were really heavenly as they said!
• Daily we received 3 - 4 bottles of water and the girls got their own bottle & unlimited refills;
• Speedy Waterslide at the pool was great and all pool area as well.
• Playing area was also nice: there's ping pong; volley, badminton games for free and we can ride a bike (for quite cheap price) along the beach and through the others hotels, which was very nice walk.
• Nice beach, with cosy bed chairs. We didn't need to book it early, because their always place available. Good to rest.
• Huge and Wonderful morning breakfast. WOW. It was the 1st time I saw Japanese food at breakfast (noodles and soup) and lots of tropical fruits. We loved the daily fresh yogurts and the muffins were delicious. The girls loved their own breakfast area.
• Friendly staff always pleased to help us. At the end, all staff at pool knows my oldest daughter and try to learn some words in Portuguese!
• Hotel Restaurants: we lunched a few times at the beach restaurants (IKAN), for reasonable prices and had very nice meals. There's kids menu available.
• At night, we had dinner twice at Bali Collection (10 min from the hotel with free pick up); we ate at Japanese restaurant just a two steps from the Nusa Dua Doors complex (10 min walking from the hotel – save and secure); we went to Kuta Hard Rock one day just to please the girls. A special recommendation to the "Tao Restaurant" in Tanjung Benoa (15 min from Westin with free pickup) for their exceptional service, delicious food dishes and nice view on the Benoa Beach. We also went to Jimbaran Beach, to see the sunset and eat some "spicy seafood" on the beach (too tourist program!).
• The Westin must have its own dive center at the hotel, like the Laguna Hotel has one! It's our only recommendation!!
Furthermore, we were very pleased with the dive agency that settled everything for us. "Dive around Bali" is a company that organize private dive tours, in private boat (for a family of 4), with Top Divemaster, focus for families (they have an ultra friendly Nanny that took good care of our kids while we were diving – sometimes at the hotel others coming with us and do some snorkelling with them. The girls just loved the Nanny!).
We dived on spectacular places, such us Menjangan Island (untouchable corals, but very far from Nusa Dua Area, it was a long day trip (4,5 hours per way), but it worthy!); Tulamben (amazing wreck near the shore, lots of colour fish, magnificent coral and amazing small things to see; it was shocking to see the women carrying all the dive equipment, but it's our contribution for the population recovering area. 3,5 per way); Amed (special muck diving place; we went in a special boat "Jukung" to the dive spots, also 3,5h per way); and the last dives were in Nusa Penida area, now in a short way and in a normal speedboat, we saw also wonderful coral and the huge and stunning Mantas and of course the famous Mola-Mola (Sunfish) at 36m deep – WOW).
With Nakbali Tours and its pampering service, we also visited the land beauties of Bali – rice terraces and magnificent views; secular temples. A special love for the Ulun Danu Temple at Bratan Lake, my favourite!
Finally, you could see how excited and wonderful was my holidays in Bali. I just loved Bali People and their way of life, where everybody made us feel so welcome!
We would definitely coming back to Bali, perhaps in 2 years or who knows next year again, and of course will stay here again...on the best Nusa Dua Resort – at WESTIN!

My husband and I stayed at the Westin Resort Nusa Dua for 3 weeks in July. We needed to relax after a stressful year at work and the resort provided that and more. This is our 9th stay here and we keep returning each year because we know we are guaranteed a great holiday. The staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help and make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
The food is great- the amount of food at breakfast is astounding with chefs cooking to order. There are a number of restaurants to choose from for dinner. My husband had not eaten Japanese food before but after trying the teppinyaki at the Westin, became a Japanese food convert The hotel rooms are undergoing renovations at the moment ( in 3 stages). When we booked we were worried about the noise but we were assured that it would be minimal, and it was. . We got to see the new rooms and they look fantastic- walk in robes, bath and shower in each room, great decor etc equal to any luxury 5 star hotel in the world . I can't wait to book our next stay in one of the newly renovated rooms

* Very friendly staff
* Nice Pool
* Kids get their own bottle & unlimited refills
* Rooms need overhaul soon, but is not of real concern
* Extensive breakfast
* Large Mall close by if you want to avoid to use the hotel restaurants every day
* Easy to book tours, but due to the location trips to the north and west are very time consuming
“THE WESTIN AT NUSA DUA - SIMPLY BRILLIANT”

We has a wonderful stay at the Westin Nusa Dua from 8 to 16 July - we were originally scheduled to stay five days, but were lucky enough to extend our stay for a further three days. The difference between The Westin and other hotels I've stayed in recently is the staff - they are simply brilliant. Always helpful and very friendly. The concierge service is one of the best.
The kids club is excellent - a great facility. The staff at the club are highly experienced and great with the kids. This really made our holiday at The Westin.
The pools are great as are the other sports facilties at the hotel. We also loved the breakfast - high quality food with plenty of choices.

Got back form the Westin yesterday. Loved it and will go again. Kids club open again - though ours (5+3) just spent their time mucking about in the pool with us!
Family suite rooms are perfect for those with kids - single entry door into small hallway with 2 self-contained rooms branching off from hallway
Huge amounts of friendly efficient staff.
Good food in all the restaurants we tried.
Very thorough security measures.
Free wifi in the lobby. Minimal / no noise from ongoing renovations.

The Checked in was great. Though the travel agent was not there to matter us. To Andea on front office reception was a fine example of all your (The Westin) wonderful staff. The Indian food at The Veranda was surer. Attention to catering for children and the special breakfast for our grandson that made us stay more especially. Wish for future have more basic food, sandwiches, fresh bread, finger food. The new demonstration room is great, needs to provide a door to enclose toilet

The check in process is very quick and pleasant, the staff at Ikan and Capsicum café, the people at reception are so good. The Westin WORKOUT is very good and well equipment. Breakfast at capsicum many dinners at Ikan and Aussie BBQ and Hamabe , all excellent produce and lovely meals. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and so helpful also has a lovely smile. We look forward to seeing the new rooms when renovations are finished.

We were at the Westin Nusa Dua for 4 nights. It was a meeting place for our relatives from Australia and Singapore to celebrate my father's birthday.
The hotel lived up to our expectations. We were upgraded to a family studio with a pool view. Check-in was smooth and uneventful; kids were delighted with their welcome pack, cool towels and drinks. The rooms were extremely spacious; bed was indeed heavenly and quite clean. If I had to fault something about the room, it would probably be that it is a little dated and the sinks and bathtub were often getting clogged. Other than that it was fabulous.
The facilities were great, the pool layout/ slides and beach were all great. Despite the renovation works currently going on, the noise was minimal and didn't affect us.
Breakfast was probably just ok, and there was very minimal variation from day to day. The set-up being so close to the beach, had a lot of flies, many of them sitting on the food displayed, so this was a little disappointing.
Kids club was great, the service and attention of the staff was awesome and we all (including extended family) had a wonderful time. Only wish we had booked a little longer to stay in Bali.
Well done Westin. We will definitely be staying with you again on our next trip to Bali, which will hopefully be very soon!

We stayed in a Royal Beach Club Room for 14 nights. Unfortunately we were not aware that the Westin was starting a major renovation literally the day we arrived! However, it did not spoil our stay - our room was on the other side of the resort and was usually peaceful and quiet and we had ocean glimpses from our balcony which was nice. The room itself was spacious and despite showing its age was immaculately clean and comfortable. Due to the renovation work breakfast was served at the Ikan restaurant on the beachfront. The Royal Beach Club Lounge serves complimentary beverages and snacks 24 hours including a light lunch buffet which was very nice. The staff at the Lounge were outstanding as were the staff all over the resort. The noise from the building work was a bit disturbing around the pool area, however, we found peace on the beach (lots of sun lounges available) and we hired a Bale (gazebo) on the beachside most days. Other reviewers have mentioned the location and the ease of access to the other resorts and Bali Collection so I won't go into that. The Westin is in a great location, the staff are truly wonderful and I look forward to visiting again once their renovations are completed.
